All orders are processed within 48 business hours (not including weekends or holidays).
Our Orders generally ship within 2-3 business days after the purchase.
All orders placed on Friday after will be processed on the following Monday.
Available shipping methods for domestic orders include:
- USPS Priority Mail: $7.00 (4-6 business days)
- USPS Priority Mail Express: $20.00 (2-3 business days)
*Signature is required upon delivery of all packages. Please remain up to date with your tracking updates and arrange for someone to be available to sign for your package. If USPS attempts delivery and you are not available, please report to your local USPS Office immediately to claim your package before it is returned to us.
Available shipping methods for international orders include:
- Canada - USPS Priority Mail International: $25 (7-14 business days)
Please note Tilt is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to).
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We now offer local pickup at our store locations. When placing your order select “pick up” and include your phone number to enable it. Once your order is processed you will receive an email or text notifying you that the order is ready.
If you purchased a pre-order item, you will receive an order confirmation email shortly after the order has been placed and a pickup notification during the week that the item is set to deliver.
